We aim to have reward charts posted within 3 weeks from date of order, but please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery before contacting us. If you require your chart by a certain date please mention this in the comments box at checkout and we will do our best to get your order out to you sooner. All orders will be sent via first class Royal Mail.
